2022 AGM
The Annual General Meeting of the Dorset Group will be held at 2.00pm on Saturday 26 February 2022 at Colehill Village Hall, Colehill, Ferndown. Please check back here nearer the time for confirmation.
Nominations for Officers and other Committee members should be sent, up to 14 days before the meeting - Saturday 12th February 2022, with a nomination form to the Secretary:

Please obtain the nominee’s consent beforehand.
Forms may be printed from below, or from the Secretary, Penny Cleaver at [email protected] who will post you one.
Proposals for consideration from members under Any Other Business should be sent to the Secretary as detailed above, 21 days before the meeting - Saturday 5 February 2022.

· If you are interested in assisting Committee, with Group activities, without being on Committee please contact the Secretary on [email protected], or speak with any of the committee at a meeting.

Election of Officer and Committee members
In accordance with The Dorset Group’s Constitution, nominations are invited for: the Officers (Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer) and up to 9 Members of the Committee.
Please note all these positions become vacant every year when all Officers and Committee Members stand down in accordance with the Dorset Group Constitution. Persons who have served on the Committee for a maximum of 3 consecutive years, or if necessary 5 years, without taking a year out may be nominated for election, only if the number of nominees is insufficient to bring the number on the Committee up to the maximum of 12. If vacancies remain after the election the committee has the power to co-opt any members of the Group onto the committee during the year.
All Nominees must be paid up Members of both HPS National and the local Dorset Group. There is time to arrange to pay your annual fees by cash, cheque or direct debit, in advance of Nomination.

Judy Spratley, has served for 3 years and is willing to be nominated for re-election.
Rowena Jecock, has served for 2 years and is willing to be nominated for re-election.
Helen McIllmurray, has served for 2 years and is willing to be nominated for re-election.
Liz Underwood, has served for 2 years and is willing to be nominated for re-election.
